Network! Network! and Network Some More!

Whats up! What up!

I'm glad you came by again! I've been working my but off lately to get my business set up, while working full time. ( Remember: I have a strong why! FAMILY! ) I've been building my personal network of investor cash buyers, fellow wholesalers, real estate agents, and private lenders, out here in Dallas, Texas as well as in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Networking is one of the most important aspects of every real estate business. Whether you're into wholesaling, short selling, or buy and hold, you have to network if you want to be successful in this business. I mean think about it! You need to surround yourself with like minded individuals who are also in the trenches doing their business. It's important to network with real estate agents, wholesalers, landlords, title agents, private lenders, cash buyers, contractors, and even the mailman. All these individuals will help you understand and get a feel on who, what, where, when, and how, about everything and anything in your market. Agents can either grant you access to the MLS or pull comps and find cash buyers for you. Landlords are always good to network with because they are proven cash buyers and you can add them on to your buyers list. The mailman can let you know when they come across an abandoned home, so you can find the home owner and put the property under contract.

You see those were just some examples of why it is so important to network. The best place to go network and meet people is at your local REIA clubs. Hands down the best place to go because these clubs are filled with landlords, agents, contractors, private lenders, and more. You may also want to visit your local title agencies and introduce yourself and let them know what you do and how they can assist your with your business.

Basically, Network, then Network, and Network some more. The more people you know the better chance you get in getting leads, finding cash buyers, and selling your properties and lightning speed.

So, take it for what its worth. Go and join your local REIA clubs and start building relationships with these people. Your business will flourish to heights you can only imagine.

Take Care and God Bless!!

Oh wait, I can't leave with out providing you with a quick video. This video will show you the best marketing strategy that I've used, which has gotten me a high response rate. The individual in the video, Eric Bodiwala, my current mentor, has created two successful real estate businesses. The first being in Miami, Florida and here in Dallas, Texas. So he knows what he's talking about.

The Yellow Letter!!!!!!
