What up! What up!
Well, I hope everyone had a good and productive week. If you had challenging week, always remember that tomorrow will always be a new day, next week will be a new week, next month will be a new month and next year will be a new year. Remember the future is wide open. Our past is the past and we can never change it, but we are limitless to how much control we have for our future. Don't ever let your past hold you back and keep you from being positive of what lies ahead in your life.
Many lives were changed on that day of 9/11. I remember waking up that morning, turning on the news and I couldn't believe what had just happened. It seemed like I was watching a movie. My mind was going all over the place. I remember going to work that day and our boss turned on the T.V. for all the techs to watch. We all just sat there in silence watching the Twin Towers collapse and burn. I was so pissed I wanted to go back to active duty in the U.S. Army. Instead my reserve unit was placed on alert and I had to report to my unit. We ended up not going to New York even they we all wanted to go out there and help, but what I really wanted to do was kick some terrorist A$#!!!!!!!
I'm sure you all remember where you were on this unforgettable day. What your were doing and who you were with. But what I remember the most is watching all the Heroes who gave their lives to try and save as many people as they can. It was so much bitter sweet feelings for me. I was so sad and pissed off that this happened but I was proud of how, we as Americans, pulled together as one to stay strong, stay positive, and know that no one entity can never break our American Spirit!!!!
God Bless and lets all remember.
