Real Estate Investing Platform

What up! What up!

I hope everyones having a great weekend. My weekend is going great! Spending time with my kids and my beautiful wife. Life is Good!

I wanted to talk about an investing platform that I've found and its called Open Road 3x. First I want to let you know that I'm not getting paid to promote this system. I wanted to let beginners and maybe even veteran investors know that this system is out there. I recently just started using the system in my wholesale business and so far it's lived up to its expectations.

You are provided cash buyers and private lenders on a daily basis. Depending on which plan you choose, you are provided  a certain amount of websites and squeeze pages for your business. The system helps your business by managing your seller and cash buyer leads including all your contacts. If you have problems pulling comps, the system will pull them for you. It even has it's own social network inside, so you can network with other investors.

There are a lot of investing platform systems out there and this by far is one of the best if not the best. I've only given you a little bit of what it can do for your business. Check out the video to learn more about Open Road 3X.

God Bless!

P.S. Almost forgot, Go Raiders!!!!!

Remembering 9/11

What up! What up!

Well, I hope everyone  had a good and productive week. If you had challenging week, always remember that tomorrow will always be a new day, next week will be a new week, next month will be a new month and next year will be a new year. Remember the future is wide open. Our past is the past and we can never change it, but we are limitless to how much control we have for our future. Don't ever let your past hold you back and keep you from being positive of what lies ahead in your life.

Many lives were changed on that day of 9/11. I remember waking up that morning, turning on the news and I couldn't believe what had just happened. It seemed like I was watching a movie. My mind was going all over the place. I remember going to work that day and our boss turned on the T.V. for all the techs to watch. We all just sat there in silence watching the Twin Towers collapse and burn. I was so pissed I wanted to go back to active duty in the U.S. Army. Instead my reserve unit was placed on alert and I had to report to my unit. We ended up not going to New York even they we all wanted to go out there and help, but what I really wanted to do was kick some terrorist A$#!!!!!!!

I'm sure you all remember where you were on this unforgettable day. What your were doing and who you were with. But what I remember the most is watching all the Heroes who gave their lives to try and save as many people as they can. It was so much bitter sweet feelings for me. I was so sad and pissed off that this happened but  I was proud of how, we as Americans, pulled together as one to stay strong, stay positive, and know that no one entity can never break our American Spirit!!!!

God Bless and lets all remember.

Network! Network! and Network Some More!

Whats up! What up!

I'm glad you came by again! I've been working my but off lately to get my business set up, while working full time. ( Remember: I have a strong why! FAMILY! ) I've been building my personal network of investor cash buyers, fellow wholesalers, real estate agents, and private lenders, out here in Dallas, Texas as well as in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Networking is one of the most important aspects of every real estate business. Whether you're into wholesaling, short selling, or buy and hold, you have to network if you want to be successful in this business. I mean think about it! You need to surround yourself with like minded individuals who are also in the trenches doing their business. It's important to network with real estate agents, wholesalers, landlords, title agents, private lenders, cash buyers, contractors, and even the mailman. All these individuals will help you understand and get a feel on who, what, where, when, and how, about everything and anything in your market. Agents can either grant you access to the MLS or pull comps and find cash buyers for you. Landlords are always good to network with because they are proven cash buyers and you can add them on to your buyers list. The mailman can let you know when they come across an abandoned home, so you can find the home owner and put the property under contract.

You see those were just some examples of why it is so important to network. The best place to go network and meet people is at your local REIA clubs. Hands down the best place to go because these clubs are filled with landlords, agents, contractors, private lenders, and more. You may also want to visit your local title agencies and introduce yourself and let them know what you do and how they can assist your with your business.

Basically, Network, then Network, and Network some more. The more people you know the better chance you get in getting leads, finding cash buyers, and selling your properties and lightning speed.

So, take it for what its worth. Go and join your local REIA clubs and start building relationships with these people. Your business will flourish to heights you can only imagine.

Take Care and God Bless!!

Oh wait, I can't leave with out providing you with a quick video. This video will show you the best marketing strategy that I've used, which has gotten me a high response rate. The individual in the video, Eric Bodiwala, my current mentor, has created two successful real estate businesses. The first being in Miami, Florida and here in Dallas, Texas. So he knows what he's talking about.
