Know Your Why! Guaranteed Success!

What's up everyone!

     There is one common thing that every successful real estate investor or any successful person for that matter has is common. Its something that drives the individual to do what they do to be successful. I've read so many books, met so many successful people, and they all agree that if you don't know this you won't be successful. And that is you WHY! 

     Why do you do what you do? Why do you wake up in the morning to go work? Why do you go out at night and place bandit signs? Why do you stay up late writing yellow letters and placing them in envelopes? 

     You see the why factor is one of the most powerful tools that we all have. If you don't know your WHY, it just makes it harder for you to reach your ultimate goal. Everyone has their own reason why they do what they do. For some, or I should say a lot of us it would be family. The most common why of all.  

     I mean think about it. What drives you! Why are you doing what your are doing? I have to remind myself every now and then what my why is. It's actually pretty easy for me because my 4 why's just started school this week. With my youngest baby girl starting kindergarten. I was pretty bummed!!!! Any ways, oh yeah can't forget my other Why who takes care of the 4 Why's while I'm working, my soul mate, love yah! So, as you see, my why is them. I want to be a successful business owner and thats why I do what I do. It's why I deal with calling home owners at night and on the weekends. Placing bandit signs on the weekends. Driving around looking for ugly vacant houses. All while working full time. You see my ultimate goal is to take care of my parents, provide financial security for my family, and generations to come.

     Once you know your why, there is nothing that can stop you from doing anything in your life. You may have negative people around you saying you can't do this, or why are you doing that, or you're wasting your time. Or maybe you're confronted with financial or personal challenges in your journey. But I tell you this, you may come across these challenges during your journey, but your why never changes. It's inside you and all around you. It follows you every time those challenges cross your path. That is the most powerful tool you have to succeed in anything. Whether it be in real estate investing, owning a business, running a marathon, joining the military, or graduating college, your why never changes. Its something only personal to you. The person doing the do!!!! 

     So what I recommend is to think about what your why is! Why are you doing what you're doing. Write it down on a piece of paper. Prioritize them in order. Only you know what your why is. It's unique only to you!

Free Classified Ads /Free Social Network For Investors

Good evening all,

     I just wanted to chime in real quick before I go to bed. I just finished posting We Buy Houses ads along w/ Cash Buyers Wanted ads in CraigsList.com, Backpage.com, and REIFreeClassifieds.com. The first 2 website I'm sure most of you are familiar with. The REIFreeClassifieds.com is a brand new site that I found. It's free and strictly just for Real Estate Investors, Professionals, Vendors, and more. I was the very first investor on the site that posted a We Buy Houses and Cash Buyers Wanted Ads. It's very user friendly and you can upload videos, pictures, and more to market your property. It's a brand new site and I wanted to spread the word out because I think it will eventually replace Craigslist and all the other sites they we investor have been going on to market.      Another free site that I've been using to network w/ other investors across the country is called Connected Investors.com. The site was designed to connect investors w/ other investors in their local market, as well as investors through out the country. Provide a platform where all beginning and seasoned investors can network w/ like minded individuals. Provides lead generating websites, education, social network interaction w/ Facebook and twitter, email marketing, and so much more. It's like Facebook for real estate investors. On top of that, all this is pretty much FREE! Check out this video.

Introduction

     Hi everyone! I wanted to first thank you for visiting my site. My intentions for my blog is to give my readers an insight on my journey to becoming a successful real estate investor, while at the same time providing you all with up to date information in the market. I know times are tough right now and real estate investing is probably the last thing on your mind.

     The fact of the matter is, now is the best time to invest in real estate. I've discovered a great way of getting involved with real estate and it has given me a light at the end of the tunnel, which is called wholesaling. I'm really not going to talk too much about it right now because I want to save the subject for a later post. 

     I've gone through some major challenges in my life. My family has gone through some major challenges in their lives. But we have learned to overcome those challenges by having Faith and believing things will get better. I am fortunate to have been able to stay with my current job, which I have been with for the last 12 years. I appreciate everything that I have in my life. My wife, my kids and I are so lucky to have GOD in our lives. We know that as long as we put him first in our lives and believe in him, we can overcome any challenges. 

     Now I don't want you to think that I am trying to get all preachy, ( don't know if that is a word ), but I wanted to let give you a little information about myself. 

     Now in my future post's I will be talking to you all about my journey to becoming a successful real estate investor. I've learned so much in the past couple of years and I want to share them with you and hopefully give you some good insight on the subject.
